Group 13 Boron
By E. Fowler

The Boron Group is in group 13 with only one metalloid and only 5 metals. It’s outer level electrons is a low number of 3 and is reactive. It also has other shared properties like solids but only at room temperature.
The most interesting thing to me is the most common element in group 13 is Aluminum, why, because it's the most abundant metal in the earth's crust. By 1880’s, aluminum was the most precious metal because of the process to make aluminum was expensive to make and buy because it was more valuable than gold. But today, it’s easier and inexpensive to make and less valuable than gold.
The other elements are Boron with a atomic number of 5, Gallium with a atomic number of 31, Indium with a atomic number of 49, Thallium with a atomic of 81, Ununtrium with a atomic number of 113, and Aluminum with a atomic number of 13.
